Für die dortige Tochtergesellschaft ist die Position eines Area Sales Managers zu besetzen.

Job description:

  • Our client aims to expand its market position in Slovakia and in the regions.
  • As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales development, customer service to existing customers and especially the new customer acquisition in Slovakia.
  • Definition, planning and implementation of the established goals concerning revenue, profit and market penetration in close cooperation with the headquarters
  • Active market approach in the region and exploitation of the market potential, also on the basis of regular distributors and customer visits
  • Further development and expansion of the dealer network
  • Intensive support and technical advice to the distributors (incl. trainings)
  • Establishing the brand in the regions and promoting brand awareness.
  • Establishment and development of good personal contacts (sales) with business partners and customers (incl. customer acquisition)
  • Development of regionally specific sales concepts and strategies
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • You use your technical competence and business skills to provide the customers with individual solutions, actively conveying the benefits of “your” products.
  • Reporting.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent command of Slovak (on a native level) and good command of English and/or German, both spoken and written.
  • Several years of successful sales experience in a similar position, preferably within aninternational company in the electrotechnical industry.
  • University degree (or similar qualification; preferably electrotechnical, but also economist with good electrotechnical knowledge).
  • Basic commercial skills
  • Preferably good market knowledge (electrotechnical industry)
  • You are used to work with a CRM.
  • You are a very strong sales person, someone who is convincing customers, can rely on his own competence and know how to assert yourself in dealing with customers.
  • You arecompetent and focusedin your actions and approach, your conduct is confident and friendly.
  • Hands-on-Mentality and strong focus on sales.
  • You are team-minded and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
