Job description:

  • As a Senior Controller, you will assume key controlling responsibilities at the Central Bohemian location, particularly with regard to the further development and optimization of appropriate controlling processes.
  • Budget preparation and budget monitoring
  • Forecast preparation
  • Variance analyses
  • Further development and optimization of existing controlling tools
  • Maintenance of the ERP system with regard to controlling requirements
  • Reporting

Job requirements:

  • Excellent command of Czech language (on a native level) and good command of German and/or English is required, both orally and written.
  • Several years of successful professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international company.
  • Preferably a university degree or comparable training in the commercial field, ideally with a focus on controlling, auditing, or logistics.
  • Good numeracy skills and enjoyment of working with numbers and large amounts of data.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP skills.
  • Analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a hands-on mentality.
  • Willingness to travel (5 to max. 10%).
  • You are a proactive individual with a high degree of initiative, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
